What is the return policy?

1. Order Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed upon confirmed payment and shipped to the address provided by the customer. A tracking number is issued once the order has been shipped. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 24-48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
All claims must include:
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage
- Original, unopened packaging (where applicable)
3. Opened or Used Products
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
4. Returns
If a return is approved, the customer must:
- Ship the product back to the provided return address
- Provide a valid tracking number confirming shipment
- Cover all return shipping costs
Returns must be received before any refund or replacement is processed
5. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be issued after:
- The returned product has been received and inspected, and
- The claim meets the conditions outlined in this policy
For any approved replacement order, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with reshipment.
6. Non-Receipt of Returns
If a return shipment is not received, Elite Ensembles is not responsible for issuing a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper shipment and retaining proof of delivery.
7. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to resolve any issues directly with Elite Ensembles. Management support is available upon request.
